Using the now-retired setup, the ASI 178MM (cooled), Lunt CaK B600 LS6CAKMDS2, Skywatcher 72/420 ED-APO, mountpusher, EQ3-mod I took the following image, a stack of 5×5 minutes, each 5 minutes reduced to their best 500 frames.

The Sun, bringing home a prize
In the 2022 edition of the Csillag Képek (Hungary) astrophoto exhibition, my photo recorded on 2022-05-10 got selected as one of the best pictures of the year. Cool that the ersatz-obsi delivers a non-ersatz, but a real prize. A fellow amateur astronomer sent me this picture, sort of a remote sensing I guess :)
